School Director / Mammoth Lighthouse Pastoral Staff

Natalie was born and raised in Mammoth Lakes, CA. and she traveled the US & abroad competing in snowboarding. After planting and pastoring a Lighthouse Church in Wanaka, New Zealand for the last 6 years, she has returned to Mammoth with her husband Jamie to be a part of the school. She has traveled all over the globe teaching at YWAM bases and conferences, and encouraging the Lighthouse churches in Switzerland, France, Norway, Sweden, Canada, and more. She has a vision to see the school continue to grow and schools to be planted in Lighthouses around the globe. In 2015, Natalie became part of the full-time pastoral staff at the Mammoth Lighthouse.

Jamie D. McLeod

Jamie was born in Calgary, Alberta in the great white north (Canada). He spent most of his life in Vancouver, BC and attended both Trinity Western University and Columbia Bible College where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies. Jamie grew up on the slopes (Cypress Mountain, Whistler/Blackcomb, Mt. Baker) and loves nothing more than a good powder day! He worked with Young Life Skateboarding for years before becoming a youth pastor.  He moved to San Francisco, California in 2001 and again in 2008. Then in summer 2011 he moved to Mammoth Lakes. He loves being a part of the school of ministry and seeing people discover their identity and experience God's love and faithfulness. In 2015, Jamie became part of the full-time pastoral staff at the Mammoth Lighthouse.
